The cool Colorado mountain air and ceiling fans help keep the home comfortable. - Ceiling fans are located in the primary bedroom and guest bedroom, with additional fans located in closets. - Absolutely no smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. - A Ring doorbell and exterior floodlight are installed for security purposes. - No parties or events - Please be aware of any fire restrictions in effect as that impacts the usage of the outdoor fire pit and subject to hefty fines for any violations.
